Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your VoltRide. This policy explains cancellations, replacements, and refunds.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

7-day replacement

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voltride.in with your order number.
  • Share clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available) showing the issue.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. As this is an electrical device, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once it has been used or installed.

Refunds

If a suitable replacement is not available for a verified damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund for that item to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, after which your bank or provider may take additional time to reflect it.

Non-returnable situations

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, overloading, or improper installation, or with missing accessories or packaging.
  • Change of mind after the product has been used or installed.
